Refund policy
Exchange Policy
• Colour exchanges for bedsheet sets are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Exchange orders are dispatched only after we receive and verify the returned product.
• Exchanges or returns can be processed only once for the original order.
• If exchanged for a product of lower value, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
Return Policy
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed products in their original condition.
• Store Credit will be given, from which a reverse logistics fee of ₹99 will be deducted, and credit will be issued within 48 hours of reverse pickup.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, if any.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging; damaged or poor-condition returns will not be accepted.
• Any freebies received with your order must be returned; if not, the value of the freebie will be deducted from your refund.
• Returns or exchanges can be processed only once for the original order.
Note: Eye mask, pillow mists and clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation Policy
• Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• If cancelled after dispatch, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered as a standard policy. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days.
