The quilt is made from 4-layer cotton gauze — an open, airy weave that lets air flow freely through the fabric. At 80 GSM, it is light enough to sleep under without feeling heavy or warm, making it ideal for India's warmer months.
3. Can they be used year-round?
They can be used year round as a light quilt. The lightweight gauze construction and breathable polyfill wadding work best in warm weather. In cooler months, they layer well under a heavier blanket.
4. Can they be machine-washed?
Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash alone — gauze fabric can snag on hooks and buttons from other garments in the load. Line dry in shade. Ensure the quilt is completely dry before storing.
5. Do the quilts come with covers?
